What is involved in a Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture Treatment?

Initial consultation covers a discussion of background health and medical history which is then followed by the treatment.This insight enables me to view the general "climate" within the body and follow the the indications that lead to the expressions of ageing within the face..each of us being unique individuals needing unique and individual treatment plans.
Needles are strategically placed on the face and on the body to effect the required systems and organs to initiate changes.
This is followed by a subtle face energizing treatment once the needles are removed...and finally a finger-acu-pressure face massage.
All in all, rather pleasant!

How many treatments are advised?

A minimum of four treatments are advised, though 8 recommended; the first four taken one per week and the following four depending on requirements. General "top-up" follow-up treatments can be monthly.

what contra-indications are there?

Those with Heart problems or pregnancy, or with fitted dentistry applications are not recommended for these treatments.
